POINT® scale indicator is required for use. This app serves as the official companion to the POINT indicator by Scale-Tec. It is specifically designed to function as a remote display for POINT devices through Bluetooth connectivity, and also acts as a remote support tool to facilitate direct communication with Scale-Tec's product support team in order to assist with diagnosing scale-related issues.

Users can utilize their iPhone or iPad to access features such as viewing the scale weight, taring, or zeroing the scale. Additionally, the app offers the ability to fine-tune scale calibration, adjust sensitivity, modify screen contrast, and more through the smart settings available within the application.

The POINT app provides an avenue to engage with our support team via live chat. Moreover, Scale-Tec offers remote support sessions enabling them to remotely access your POINT scale indicator and diagnose the entire scale system efficiently.
